In contrary to ordinary point of view , we should not have a gendered approach to the jewelry. In our popular culture, when we talk about jewelry, the ordinary view of jewelry is as something completely feminine. This view comes from a decorative approach to jewelry that women are considered as its owners. I have not always considered jewelry for women in my designs, and I have even designed jewelry that can be used by both women and men. One of the disadvantages of jewelry design in Iran is the dominance of jewelry design to women. My new collection is designed for men according to this view, but they are still gender-neutral and also have a female use.
